Nothing like having @Ask_Spectrum raise your internet bill during a pandemic. I haven't even been home in a month to use it. I've contacted them many times about their awful service & it never improves. Raising someone's bill right now is really ******* gross. Shame on Spectrum.

@BobMacadoo1 @Ask_Spectrum I need to find another company or something. They gave me a modem that was incompatible w/my service. I had it for TWO YEARS until a tech figured it out. The tech told me to ask for a discount. They gave me $10 off for only 1 month for the inconvenience & then raised my rate. LOL

@thisistechtoday @GetSpectrum That’s why I only pay for 600 down from Comcast. I have plenty of bandwidth for my things and the upload speed caps around 35 so there’s no reason for me to pay more for gigabit since both plans offer the same painstakingly slow upload speeds. Get good ISPs

I JUST SPENT ONE HOUR...ONE HOUR WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum FOR THEM TO TELL ME CHANGES COULDNT BE MADE. Its 10:41pm - absolutely ridiculous!!! All because the other rep made unnecessary changes!!!!!!!!!
