Transferred twice with no help whatsoever.Another reason to cancel @GetSpectrum 8-9 service outages in as many weeks and now trying to actively charge me for a full month when I didn’t have service.Disgraceful.

@Antneye @GetSpectrum Gotcha. We've had the same cable since Time Warner was around. Time Warner was much more simple. We added HBO no problem just for the 24/7 Road to the Winter Classic in 2012. Once that was over we called back and asked to take it off. **** Spectrum.

@thisistechtoday @GetSpectrum That’s why I only pay for 600 down from Comcast. I have plenty of bandwidth for my things and the upload speed caps around 35 so there’s no reason for me to pay more for gigabit since both plans offer the same painstakingly slow upload speeds. Get good ISPs

I JUST SPENT ONE HOUR...ONE HOUR WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum FOR THEM TO TELL ME CHANGES COULDNT BE MADE. Its 10:41pm - absolutely ridiculous!!! All because the other rep made unnecessary changes!!!!!!!!!
