In conclusion, do not ever, EVER, get @GetSpectrum. It is the absolute worst. We are cancelling anyway when our billing cycle ends Tuesday but holy forking shirtballs I am so pissed. /fin

@thisistechtoday @GetSpectrum Thatās why I only pay for 600 down from Comcast. I have plenty of bandwidth for my things and the upload speed caps around 35 so thereās no reason for me to pay more for gigabit since both plans offer the same painstakingly slow upload speeds. Get good ISPs

Called Spectrum: they offered a $10 discount (correction: the speed is actually 200 down). But that'd be $65/mo for 200/10 vs. $71/mo for 1000/1000. That's 5x/100x faster upstream/downstream, so: cancelled.@GetSpectrum you have actual competition now...I'd adjust pricing.

i am going to rant | everyone but @Ask_Spectrum should ignore this**** you spectrum and your **** wifi which has never improved over 3+ years of ****** outages every 5 seconds. my phone pc and school pc keep disconnecting every 30 seconds and dont reconnect until I restart them

@TMarie88579880 @NYGovCuomo @GetSpectrum Iāve had two surveyors come up and after the second one was when they were calling everyone on the road, trying to get the people to pay the 13k to pay for the network run. This was probably in February or March of this year. Everyone on the road is onboard for Spectrum though.
