How do you get up a Weathervane broken monorail? ›

This Weathervane is located on a Broken Monorail, and accessible by entering Haymarket Mall. Haymarket Mall is Southwest of Pickman Gallery, and Southeast of Cabot House. Once inside Haymarket Mall, make your way to the stairs to the second floor, and enter an elevator that will take you up.

After destroying the Institute, these quests will no longer be available. However, if the ending that keeps the Minutemen, BoS, and Railroad alive and friendly after The Nuclear Option was selected, Tinker Tom will sometimes (but not always) continue to give these quests.

The MILA quests actually do have an end, granted there isn't a special reward for doing them all or anything, but eventually Tinker Tom will figure out that it isn't worth sending you to do that.
