@irtravis @GetSpectrum @Charter @GetSpectrum should instead focus on upgrading their lines further and improving the quality of their internet service. Some areas are still on 90’s infrastructure. Oh, wait. I guess Charter needs money from lawsuits to be able to do anything like this...

In conclusion, do not ever, EVER, get @GetSpectrum. It is the absolute worst. We are cancelling anyway when our billing cycle ends Tuesday but holy forking shirtballs I am so pissed. /fin

@thisistechtoday @GetSpectrum That’s why I only pay for 600 down from Comcast. I have plenty of bandwidth for my things and the upload speed caps around 35 so there’s no reason for me to pay more for gigabit since both plans offer the same painstakingly slow upload speeds. Get good ISPs

I JUST SPENT ONE HOUR...ONE HOUR WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum FOR THEM TO TELL ME CHANGES COULDNT BE MADE. Its 10:41pm - absolutely ridiculous!!! All because the other rep made unnecessary changes!!!!!!!!!
