Incident Reports:

June 19th, LCSO took a report of theft of approximately $25,000 from a business in Utica. Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control is taking lead on the investigation after being forwarded information. Investigation continues.

June 24th, LCSO took a report of fraud in which the victim was scammed out of $400 through a Facebook Marketplace listing for a vehicle. Fortunately, the victim realized the situation was fraudulent before losing anymore money. Investigation continues.


Arrests:

June 11th, deputies arrested Joseph Molden, 42, Lock Springs for driving while intoxicated persistent offender after responding to a call in the 14000 block of State Highway JJ in reference to someone passed out behind the wheel in someone's driveway. Molden was processed and released to a sober and responsible party on a criminal summons to Livingston County Court.

June 17th, deputy arrested George Cunningham Jr., 33, Liberty, on a Platte County arrest warrant for failing to appear on an original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Cunningham posted $500 cash bond and was released with a new Platte County, Missouri court date.

June 20th, deputy arrested Jesse Stottlemyre, 39, Chula, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for failing to appear on a charge of non-support, Case # 22LV-CR00135. Stottlemyre turned himself in at the LCSO and was released after posting $1000 cash bond.

June 21st, deputy arrested Nicole Webb, 44, Chillicothe, on a Livingston County arrest warrant on Case # 24LV-CR00098 on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm x2, possession of a controlled substance, hindering prosecution of a felony, endangering the welfare of a child and receiving stolen property. Webb was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 cash bond.

June 24th, deputy arrested Robert Idom, 56, Chillicothe for possession of a controlled substance after witnessing Idom park a vehicle with no license plates in an illegal place near between Calhoun Street and Webster Street in Chillicothe. Idom was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.

June 25th, deputies arrested Tabatha McCoy, 38, Chillicothe, on a Livingston County arrest warrant for Case # 24LV-CR00207 in the 500 block of W. Mohawk Rd. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. McCoy was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

June 25th, deputy arrested Caitlyn Anderson, 23, Chillicothe for operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license first offense on U.S. Highway 65 near W. Sioux Drive. Anderson was processed and released on a summons.

June 26th, deputy arrested Corey Stottlemyre, 47, Chillicothe on a Livingston County arrest warrant for Case # 24LV-CR00210 during Associate Court. Stottlemyre was able to post bond and was released with a new court date for a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

June 26th, deputy took Chris Ketcham, 60, Chillicothe, into custody on three commitments to jail for three Livingston County cases during Associate Court. Ketcham was transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.

Citations:

June 14th, Jeffrey Carson, 47, St. Louis, was issued a citation for traveling 83 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 251.
June 14th, Yermaya Bagunu, 26, Kansas City, was issued a citation for traveling 79 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near State Highway CC

June 23rd, Ruben Villanueva, 52, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near the Grand River.

June 23rd, Tony Lee, 57, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 90 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 425.

June 23rd, Adante Balke, 27, Illinois, was issued a citation for traveling 81 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near the Grand River.

June 23rd, Glenn McGregor, 68, Stewartsville, was issued a citation for traveling 80 MPH in a 60 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 near LIV 443.

June 23rd, Kyle Altenderfer, 38, Chillicothe, was issued a citation for traveling 64 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 at LIV 228.

June 25th, Mollie Tripp, 33, Kansas, was issued a citation for traveling 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 36 near LIV 269.
