Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message
0SJD6C-9B8BAL-GXGJ3A-619U03 | OK | 00000 | 12/6/22 | 305 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Full Test Failure |
You will need to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.
The serial number seems to indicate after looking at the parts list that your PC came with a 1 TB 3.5" hard drive and a 16 GB Optane NVMe M.2 memory chip used to accelerate the drive.
I don't know how you want to proceed, but I will give you two options:
1. Replace the 1 TB 3.5" mechanical hard drive, reinstall the OS and you are back up and running.
2. Disable the Intel Optane memory in the BIOS (if your PC has the setting for that), remove the Optane memory and install a 1 TB NVMe SSD in its place for much faster performance.
I recommend the Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro) or the Western Digital Blue SN 570.
See the last to the last item at the link below regarding disabling the Intel Optane memory in the BIOS.
Since the hard drive has failed, there would be no need to disable the Optane memory using the RST software first.

Here is a link to the service teardown video for the model series:
After you choose either option to replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
Since you have to install the recovery tool on another PC, after you launch it, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to proceed.
Your PC's product number is:4AB22AV#ABA
