Is there an overhaul mod that changes how combat is approached/done without turning it into a sh*tty chinese soulslike? That 3rd person combat style feels horrible when your in a dungeon for at least 50% of the game

The mods end up being like 4x the size of the game and never work right. Not worth the trouble when all in gonna do it mess around, get bored, and move on.

there is alot of anime that focus on Eye cringe sh*t, Naruto being a big one. None of them use heterochromia even when they steal other peoples eyes for their own.

I think about it, but remember there's a mod I want but it has a requirement, that mod has two requirements, and that one has another 2, and of those two one is out of date so get this other similar mod

Incredible that Skyrim and Fallout 4 still have extremely active mod communities but Starfield is dead as can be. There was no active usage after creation kit dropped.

The fact that Skyrim is meme known for its modding yet has by far one of the worst modding experiences ever will always not be funny. I can mod MHW myself to mod any enemy in the game and manipulate the stats of every piece of gear and even attack animation and the thing still works flawlessly. Meanwhile you put one texture mod in Skyrim and the thing doesn't work.

If they ever made combat not jankey and actually feel good then I'll consider it but as it stands the only combat that feels good is projectile weapons and magic because low and behold an fps feels good when you play it like an fps (shocker). The melee is abysmal.

Can someone explain how the frick Body slider works? First off, MO2 is saving my nif files into the wrong directory for some reason (install it to the main skyrim install rather than where the mod is), along with just generally how it functions.

I spent a week or two on and off modding it recently until I realized the quests and combat all fricking suck major ass anyways. I may as well play a different game with slightly less breasts at that point

The problem with Skyrim now is that the mod scene is SO big that to truly customize the game to your liking and in working order takes way too long, and too much trial, error and testing.
Instead I play something like Licentia and just make it extra loose on top of that. Ofcourse, the lack of it being "my own" does lead me to be somewhat dissatisfied. Also the process of bodyslide/outfit studio especially when adding new outfits to said lists confuses the hell out of me and wish that process was more plug and play like in any other game.
